Multiple accessories? Not playing well together?

If you have multiple bluetooth accessories for your phone, you might encounter Bluetooth (BLE) connection issues.

If you can't connect to your Card or ChargeCase, or connections drop, there's a solution.

Unpair all your devices in phone settings.

  1. Connect and pair your LoopPay device(s). Some people have a LoopPay ChargeCase and a Card.
  2. Then re-connect your other accessories.
