If you have a Smartwatch, and are having issues pairing with your LoopPay Card/CardCase, here's how to get past it.
1) Unpair the watch in Bluetooth Settings
2) In the LoopPay App, go to Settings, Users Guide, Set Up Accessory and pair with your LoopPay Card/CardCase.
3) Re-pair your Smartwatch.
4) If you continue to have issues, let us know in a support ticket and we'll help you resolve them. Be sure and let us know the manufacturer, model and OS version of your Android phone.
