Did you sign out?  Or separate your LoopPay Card from your phone?


If you signed out and back in again, you might have to Connect and Pair again in Accessory Setting. But once you do, your payment cards should display as normal. You can leave your app signed in, it is protected by your PIN.  


If you separated your phone and your LoopPay Card (out of bluetooth range from each other), the app might alert you that it's trying to connect to the LoopPay Card.  If they are separated for too long, you might have to reconnect. Signing out will discontinue the messages. The pouch shipped with your Card for attaching to the back of your phone is a good way to keep them in Bluetooth range.


Future versions of the app will address this issue.
