No worries.  Just tap the "Forgot Password" link where you usually sign in to the App.  Here's what will happen next:


  • A new password will be emailed to your email address (aka, your username.)  
  • Open the email that contains your temporary password.
  • Sign in with it, and when directed, create and confirm your new password.


If you have received your new password, but are still unable to log in with the new password that was sent to you, then follow these steps and it should fix the problem:


  • Delete the app entirely and download our newest version from the App Store, or Google Play store. No need to unbind anything, just delete the app and download the new one, 
  • Log in with your email and password.
  • You'll then receive a new activation token via email and should be prompted to provide that when logging in. Some data will be lost unfortunately (your profile information and CVV codes), but the rest of your information will still be in tact.
