If you just changed your name and you do not yet have a LoopPay account, we can help you through that process.  Contact Support and let them know what the issue is.  Chances are it will be hard to identify you because there hasn't been time to establish a credit history with the new name.

If you already have a LoopPay account, contact Support and be ready to produce your new ID in two forms, such as a license and passport or license and utility bill.
