Your activation token is sent to you via email after you have signed up for your LoopPay account and after your identity is verified. You’ll most likely receive the email immediately after you see the "Success" screen after sign-up. Once you receive the email with the activation token, open the LoopPay app and follow the instructions. You’ll be asked for the activation token during the SETUP of your LoopPay account.
In the event that you don't receive an email, first check your spam folder. Then ensure you are looking at the same email account that you used as your username when setting up your LoopPay account. If the email does not appear in that account, please send us a Support Ticket that includes your contact details. We will contact you shortly to help you through the process.
