An “invalid Session” message is displayed when the Bluetooth communication between the LoopPay Card and the Android device times out, or is interrupted. The following steps can be used to reset the communication between the devices:

  1. Open the Main Menu and select the Settings option.
  2. Select Accessory Settings
  3. On the Accessory Settings screen, press the Disconnect button.
  4. Press and hold the button on the LoopPay Card until a single green LED starts blinking.
  5. On the Have an Accessory? screen, press Set Up LoopPay Accessory.
  6. On the Pair Accessory screen, tap on the Pay with Loop device.
  7. After the pairing is successful, go to Settings.

At this point the communication between the Card and device will be re-established. None of your payment cards will be affected as the Card is still bound to your account.
