Just tap the "Forgot Password" link where you usually sign in to the App. Here's what will happen next:
A new password will be emailed to your email address (aka, your username.)
Open the email that contains your temporary password.
Sign in with it, and when directed, create and confirm your new password.
New Password Not Working?
- Delete the app from your phone,
Note: There is no need to unbind your device(s) or delete your cards, this will not affect your swiped payment cards.
- Download our newest version from the App Store, or the Google Play store.
- Log in with your email and newly set password.
- You'll then receive a new activation token in email and will be prompted to provide that when logging in with the newly installed app.
Some data will need to be added again - (your profile information such as signature, profile photo and payment card security codes), but the rest of your information will still be intact.
