First try and enter the email address you believe you used to originally establish your LoopPay account and click “Sign In.” If it's not correct, the app will give you the following error: “This app is already associated with another account. Please uninstall and then reinstall the app if you want to Sign In with another account.” 

If you get this error, try one of your other email addresses. You might want to check the inbox of your known e-mail accounts to see if you have received welcome/activation email from LoopPay.
