There could be two possible reasons why you can’t login to the LoopPay app.

1) Inaccurate username (your chosen email address).

2) Incorrect password. If your username is accurate, try retyping your password. You may have typed it incorrectly. If you forget your password, you can tap Forgot Password on the Sign-in screen to have a Password reset emailed to your account. If you have forgotten your username/email address or no longer have access to that email account, go to and fill out the form letting us know. Please provide as much information as possible including an accurate email address so we can communicate with you.
