Was your ChargeCase connected before, but you've lost connection? 

Is it possible your Case could have been in your pocket or a purse where the button could have been depressed for an extended period of time? For 30 seconds or longer?  This would cause the ChargeCase to disconnect from the phone, and could also deplete the battery.

Troubleshoot Connection section in our Resources and Guides. In this section, there are directions for enabling Bluetooth, connecting and disconnecting your LoopPay ChargeCase, as well as the final step which is Resetting. But before you begin those steps, we suggest you fully charge your ChargeCase. There are tips and tricks for that here.
