If you ordered at Looppay.com or UrbanDaddy: 

Being part of LoopPay means enjoying your experience and the products you purchase from us. We strive every day to deliver the best products to our customers, but if you find that the product you purchased doesn't fit your needs, we are happy to refund your purchase price.

In order to qualify for a refund, we need some information from you.  So, if you don't already have a support ticket in process, please fill out this form and give us as much detail as you can to avoid delaying your refund. Once we receive your form, we'll begin the refund process.  From there, we can provide address information and details for for return of the product.

For a full refund:

  1. Returns must occur within 30 days of receipt.
  2. All LoopPay device(s) must be in an unbound state (in other words unbound from your LoopPay account). To do this, go to Settings and choose Erase/Unbind.
  3. Your LoopPay product should arrive in good condition, with all parts and accessories included.
  4. Please return your device in the original packaging, within a shipping container to prevent damage.
  5. Include your order number, name, and support ticket number.

Refunds are processed within two business days of receipt, but it may take up to 10 days for these funds to be reflected by your bank or credit card company.
